Hi @cheema621

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It looks like your HP laptop 15-da0xxx is missing the Component Tests option in HP Hardware Diagnostics.

Possible Fixes

Use HP’s 4-in-1 Diagnostics Utility

  • HP provides a bootable diagnostics USB tool that includes comprehensive hardware tests.
  • You can download it from HP’s official diagnostics page.

Check for UEFI Diagnostics Updates

  • If your laptop’s diagnostics tool is outdated, it may not show all test options.
  • Try updating HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from HP’s support site.

Run Windows-Based HP Diagnostics

  • If UEFI diagnostics don’t show component tests, you can try HP PC Hardware Diagnostics for Windows.
  • This tool runs inside Windows and may provide additional test options.

If none of these solutions work, let me know what happens at each step, and we’ll dig deeper!
