I purchased all-in-one desktop from HP Store, Nungambakkam (vide Invoice No.NGM-16-21-22 dt.07.04.2021).

I had taken extended warranty for the above till 06.04.2024. (1+2 Years). (edited).

I had renewed the Warranty further 1 Year till 06.04.2025(i.e., from 07.04.2024 to 06.04.2025) (Edited).

On (06.03.2025) I requested HP thro’ Customer Care No.for Warranty extension from 07.04.2025.

But they said that the Warranty for the period from 07.04.2024 to 06.04.2025 is not updated in their website.

Then, they created Case No. and requested me to send Invoice Copy, Base Panel Photo, Warranty Certificate etc., to their Mail Id..hpservicesupport_apj@hp.com and subsequently servicehead@hp.com.

I sent all the Documents like Warranty Care Certificates, Invoice Copy of the All-in-One PC and Back panel Photo copies etc., to HP (Thro’ mail on 13.03.205,14.03.2025 & 18.03.2025 etc., so many times) to their mail id as requested them immediately.

Every two days once, the Customer Care Persons informed the Warranty Update will be done within 24 to 48 hours.

So many 48 hours had gone not only hours also so many days……. sorry so many weeks….

But, still (09.04.2025) the Warranty for the period from 07.04.2024 to 06.04.2025 is not updated in HP Website.

The reason for delay I don’t know?
(Edited)

The above STORY (worst experience with HP) I informed to HP Customer Care Persons everyday when they call (or Mail) me or myself call them. NOBODY IN HP NOT BOTHERED ABOUT ME EVENTHOUGH I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN 64 YEARS OLD…….

Again, Yesterday I call HP Customer Care Person, they created one Case Id vide (Edited) and they requested to send Documents as below: - (THE STORY AGAIN REPEATED)

“To proceed with this case further, kindly assist in giving the documents below.

  1. The Picture of the serial number located at the back of the laptop
  2. The Proof of Purchase”

For the above, I sent all the documents to hpservicesupport@hp.com immediately (08.04.2025.)

But today (09.04.2025) one person from HP informed me through phone that your Case Id will be closed and you contact Customer care No.18005659917 regarding Warranty Extension.

The No.18005659917 is not operating No. when call to this No…the dialled No. does not Exit”

Yesterday one HP person give me a No.18004254999.

When I call This No. “Sorry the No. is not in Service”

This is My Position…?????

If HP persons truly work for Customers especially Senior Citizen like me, I put one request…. Take Step to Extend the Warranty to My All-In-one PC or simply so No……

At least in future don’t give information/guidance like above.

I don’t want to waste HP persons time….

Is HP is a reputed Concern...!!???

Keep the Customer Service which is done to me….

Thanks for your Help…

With Regards
