Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wd000 (7B9S2AV)

i recently bought a new network provider which works perfectly fine on my phone, but on my pc i have random drops from 60 mbps to 5 or lower, im unsure what the issue is i tried almost everything factory reseting my adaptors everything but still nothing, once the pc is freshly restarted the wifi works fine but once i play a game or anything it slows down to that slow speed which doesn't happen on my phone, please help
