                    May i know why in my laptop window hello face recognition option are not working all time shwoing your camera are not compatiable its high price laptop why hp not provided face recognition option or provide me the solution1000068856.jpg1000068857.jpg1000068858.jpg

Hi @deepak208 

 

You will never have that option because your webcam is not IR type, so it cannot be used for facial recognition, only some high-end and business models have IR camera.
