Within Google Voice I have over 200 contacts and several years of text and voice calling history. Does anyone know of a hardware device that performs the same function as the ObiHai devices. NOT Ooma, Vonage, etc, just the modem itself...that Google Voice can connect to?

Hi @Confused341 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
I understand that you are looking for an alternative to the Obi 200 device that supports Google Voice. We have the Obi 300 and Obi 302 models, which are similar to the Obi 200; however, please note that these models do not work with the free version of Google Voice.
The Obi 300 series is compatible exclusively with Google Workspace accounts, so you would need to purchase a Google Workspace account to use any of our Obi devices, aside from the end-of-life units (Obi 200 series, Obi 2000 series, and Obi 1000 series).
For your reference, here are some key points regarding the Obi 300 device:
1 Service Provider Compatibility: The Obi 300 device is compatible with paid subscription third-party service providers (ITSPs) such as PhonePower, Callcentric, RingCentral, and Anveo. Provisioning can be done through the device's local web interface.
2 Google Workspace Compatibility: This device works with a paid Google Workspace account, but the setup cannot be managed through the OBiTALK portal.
3 Free Google Voice Service: Unfortunately, the Obi 300 is not compatible with the free consumer Google Voice service and will not work with accounts ending in @gmail.com. Additionally, there are no longer any supported Obi devices compatible with the free consumer version of Google Voice.
I hope this information helps clarify your options. for more information, you can contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
