Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can't sign in OBiTalk.com. 

 

On the site, it says it will work until 10/31/2024.  It also says that after 9/26/2024, everyone has to change the password.  Since my current password doesn't work anymore, I need to reset the password.  When I try to change the password via the link, the system says that I can't change the password.  Please help!
