I am looking for configuration guidance on configuring the Obi312, Obi504, or Obi508 as a PSTN failover gateway. I am having a hard time finding the latest version of the adminstration guides on the support side (or any documentation at all). Searching Obi312, Obi504, or Obi508 in the support site brings up jsut a coupel results which are FCC notices.

Poly is in the process of updating the support site with the OBi products and documentation. In the mean time, you'll be able to find the Administration Guides for the OBi products at the following location: https://www.obitalk.com/info/support/docs-downloads 

 

Our OBi 312 is a newer model of our ATA's, and the documentation for this device is being created. Please reference the OBi Device Administration Guide for information.
