My Obi200 configuration has become corrupted after the Obi served well for 10 years.  An email note from HP dated 9/24/24 says that the Obitalk web site will remain operational until 10/31/24.  Why does Obitalk no longer allow me to reconfigure my Obi200 by pretending it is an unknown device: "Unable to add phone of OBi200 type"?  Is there a workaround?

OK.  Thanks.  I tried a hard reset on the Obi200 and then Obitalk worked for reconfiguring..
