hi,

 

i logged in today to update the firmware of my obi202 voip phone adapter.  it updated successfully.   and then i clicked on add a device (i shouldn't have i know that now) when it was already listed in my dashboard.   this is where i messed up.

 

so when it tried to add the device, it removed the device from my dashboard.  then i got this message:  "Unable to add phone of OBi202 type. Phone must be an OBi phone that supports consumer portal"

 

so now there's no device in my dashboard....

 

help?  i know i got less than a day to remedy this, so i appreciate any help
