Hello,

 

We just noticed our external table microphone isn't working, which means it hasn't from the start. The light on it works for muting and unmuting so it's getting power over the RJ11 cable. We tested speaking directly into it and audio wasn't any louder. When I logged into the X52 system I noticed the option for use trio audio was disabled. I enabled that, rebooted but still not picking up audio. From what I'm reading there should be an option to select to use the built in microphone or another microphone and that option isn't showing up. There's only options for the built in microphone. The microphone says compatible with the X52. The X52 is fully up to date, no updates found. We've rebooted the system from the web GUI and from the power. Under system status> Microphones nothing is listed but the status indicator is green. We're using the Microsoft Team for our system.

What should I try next? Or is this microphone considered bad?
