Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

The software for Poly P5 is disappointing but the latest glitch is that the video is jerky when creating video on the BigVu platform. Their customer support suggests changing the frame rate to 30 (min I can go to is 50) and/or shooting in RAW which doesn't seem to be an available option.

 

Has anyone had jerky video out of the Poly P5 and were you able to resolve it?
