I had a Poly Studio USB that was not being recognized on my Windows 11 laptop. I finally got it recovered and is recognized in Poly Lens and Companion. I try to update the firmware but I'm having major troubles doing so. It goes through the motions but will not actually update. I've tried doing it through Companion and it will get stuck at 10% for the longest time. In Companion, it tries to update to version 1.5. In Poly Lens, it tries to go to Version 2.0.001179. Something like that. Anyways, in Poly Lens, it shows my current version is 869. Any tips or anything to get this thing updated?

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your Poly Studio USB. I understand how important it is to have the device functioning properly, and I want to help you resolve this as smoothly as possible.
 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below, which may help resolve the issue:
 

  1. Log in to lens.poly.com and navigate to Manage > Software Versions. Search for your Poly Studio USB and download the desired firmware version.
  2. Once the download is complete, open the Poly Lens application on your PC, connect your Poly Studio USB, and go to Support > Device Info and Logs > Update.
  3. Select the folder where the firmware was downloaded, and the update should begin automatically.

Alternatively, you can try updating the firmware using the Plantronics Hub application. You can download the application via the following link:
