Studio P15

have a poly p15 , camera not detect in app and error shows on screen Another application is using this camera .Close it to enable preview. if that does not work , make sure the other application is not running in the background i am not using another application howevver i will restart my laptop but problem is same

Softwae is up to date 

pls guide me for this

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Poly Studio P15. I understand how important it is for your device to work reliably, and I’m here to help you get this resolved as smoothly as possible.
 

To begin troubleshooting, I kindly ask you to follow the steps below:
 

  1. Set the P15 as the default device
    Please ensure that the Poly Studio P15 is selected as the default audio and video device in both your PC settings and your softphone application.
  2. Verify software installation and updates
    Make sure that all necessary Poly software and drivers are properly installed and up to date on your PC.
  3. Test the P15 on another PC
    If possible, try connecting the device to a different computer to help identify if the issue is related to your current system.
  4. Reinstall the device via Device Manager (Windows only)
    If you're using a Windows PC:
  • Open Device Manager
  • Expand the Cameras section
  • Right-click on Poly Studio P15 and select Uninstall device
  • Disconnect the camera, restart your PC, then reconnect it and check if it's functioning properly
