Can't get ink.

I have ordered instant ink on 23rd November. The post office has not got it yet, so I'm still waiting. I'm ready to bin the printer and cancel the ink as nobody on this site seems to be able to send the ink to the post office so they can send it to me. They are still waiting

Why can nobody sort it. As for AI, absolute waste of my time. If I've not got sorted by this afternoon I will bin everything and just take the loss. Sorry folks , rant over.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this. 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
