Hello PJ215,

Thank you for posting your concern,

I'm only equipped to provide information about HP products and services. Unfortunately, I'm unable to process warranty claims or replacements directly. However, I can guide you on the steps you should take regarding your HP Memory Card:

  1. Warranty Verification: Double-check your purchase documents to ensure that your memory card is still covered under HP's warranty program. Keep any receipts or proof of purchase handy.

  2. Contact HP Support: Reach out to HP Customer Support. You can find the contact information on HP's official website or through your product documentation. Explain the issue and provide them with your product details.

  3. Provide Necessary Documentation: Be prepared to provide a copy of your purchase receipt, proof of purchase, and details about the product, such as its serial number.

  4. Follow HP's Instructions: HP Support will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, which may include shipping the defective memory card back and arranging for a replacement.

For further assistance, you may want to visit HP's support website at HP Product Support for more information on support resources in your region.

If you require any more specific assistance or encounter issues while contacting support, feel free to ask!

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
