Hi,

 

after the poly support was migrated to HP we are facing a lot of troubles.

 

1) We are unable to create a case, the site is not familiar, if we try to login we get Email ID not registered in the portal while I am indeed registered and logged in, I also tried on another pc with 3 different browser

 

If we try to register again from scratch it tells us that a duplicate is found.

 

Please help we are losing hopes with this, and are getting support via mail from Poly.

 

2) We will not in any circumstance re-register our array of products one by one, please tell us how to bulk register products, because we could do so on the Poly Support center, we stopped at 70 because we lost a whole day trying to troubleshoot both issues.

 

3) we tried to create a case from the device by registering it, we only see support, service, but not create a case.
