Hi @Spha2020,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the product key!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your situation, but I can't provide a product key. If you need a product key to activate Windows 10, you should purchase a genuine license. Here are some steps you can take:

Purchase a Windows 10 License: You can buy a genuine Windows 10 license from the Microsoft Store or other authorized retailers. This will include a 25-character product key.

Enter the Product Key: Once you have a product key, you can enter it to activate Windows 10. Here's how:

  • Press Windows + i to open the Windows Settings application.
  • Select Update & Security.
  • In the Update & Security window, select Activation.
  • Type your 25-character product key in the given field.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
