I am trying to enter a Poly warranty replacement request online for the StarSet H31CD headset but the serial number is not being recognized (tried numerous times). When I click "don't have serial number" I can't find the StarSet H31CD anywhere on the dropdown list of headset models. I tried looking under both the aviation category as well as the regular headset categories but it is nowhere to be found. How can I request a warranty replacement for this model? Thank you.

Thank you for your reply but, unfortunately, I am unable to get any help from that link you provided. It takes me to the page where I am supposed to pick the headset model but the StarSet H31CD (part number 8K780AA#AC3) is nowhere to be found. I checked under both aviation headsets and call center headsets. Even if I randomly choose another headset model, such as the HW540 EncorePro, for example, just for to get through to the next page, I am blocked because it takes me to the page where I have to enter the serial number, which I originally explained is not recognized by your system. Please advise. Can I just ship it back for warranty support without entering the request online? If so, please provide complete instructions. Thank you.
