Voyager 4320 M UC USB-A
So, here's a weird one.
First off - I've updated the firmware of the computer (Dell Percision Super High End laptop, i7, 32GBRAM, NVIDIA RTX Quadro etc) and Made Sure the firmware on both the USB adapter and headset is good using the Poly Lens software.
With all that out of the way, the issue looks like this:
When I have the USB adapter in (which provides functionality to the builtin mute button, provides tap-to-answer teams functionality, etc.) the audio for MEDIA specifically (not voice) cuts out for a good 750ms intermittently between every 10 seconds and every 30 seconds. Not anything super predictable.
When I do NOT use the USB adapter and connect via bluetooth, everything seems to work swimmingly.
At first I figured it could be programs trying to take over eachother, so I temporarily quit teams out of task manager and killed all but one browser window. Nope. Still cut out.
Tried the USB connection on a different computer. Seems to work okay there.
Interestingly, when I open up the volume mixer, the computer doesn't seem to stop SENDING audio (the mixer doesn't register any stoppage of volume transmission)
Any ideas here?
