Voyager Focus 2/BT700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My company started using the Voyager Focus 2 headsets back in March and have been reassigning them to employees when one fails or when we have new hires. The issue is that the BT700 retains device connections even when I reset the headsets and we are having issues with them pairing automatically to multiple users headsets and causing communications issues.

Hello BM2Jake, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Please follow the steps provided below to clear the trusted devices and then repair with the required device. 

Connect your device to your computer and select the device from the list in the left sidebar.

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Settings > Reset Device.
  3. Select Clear Devices.
