Voyager FOCUS2 UC USB-A
Microsoft Windows 11

When I play a video, the audio cuts in and out. This issue only occurs when playing videos on my PC, whether streamed or played from files, and not with phone calls, Zoom, or audio played through my phone. I can usually resolve it after turning my device off and on multiple times. (One time is not enough.) Even rebooting my PC does not always resolve the issue.

Hi @NANNABOAT, Welcome to the Poly HP Support Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Voyager Focus 2 UC headset. I completely understand how important it is for your headset to work reliably, and I'm here to help you resolve this.

To start, I kindly request you to follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Update Firmware: Please check for any available firmware updates using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

2. Set as Default Device: Ensure that the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and softphone.

3. Reinstall Driver (For Windows PCs):

  • Open Device Manager, locate the Voyager Focus 2 driver, and uninstall it.
  • After uninstalling, please restart both your PC and the headset, then test the functionality again.

4. Reset the Headset: Use the Poly Lens application to reset the headset and verify if the issue is resolved.

If the issue still persists after these steps, I recommend contacting HP Support for further assistance. Our support engineers will be glad to take it from there and help get this resolved. You can reach HP Support using the following link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/poly
