On two separate occasions so far, while in Teams meetings on a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.1.1, I've had the other meeting participants say that after I say something, it loops over and over on their end until I mute.  If I unmute, the loop of the previously said words starts repeating again.  I've only had this happen when using the BT700 dongle provided.  If I remove the dongle and put it back in, that stops the issue.  I've not had this happen when running "pure" Bluetooth directly with the Mac.  Both times it's happened, I had spoken several times off and on during the meeting without issue, then this issue suddenly happens.  I've been unable to reliably reproduce the issue.

 

Poly Lens, earbuds, case, and BT700 dongle are all up to date with versions as follows:

Poly Lens - 1.2.0.5875

Earbuds - 231.591.0.5039

BT700 - 0.0.852.4301

60+ case - 231.591.0.5039

Teams - 23306.3405.2513.9796

 

I also have 2 Voyager Focus headsets, one with BT600 and one with BT700.  Neither of these have ever experienced this issue.
