Thank you for being so unhelpful in any way @M_Salman.
The generic answers didn't help at all, not sure why you felt a need to write them, but thank you for trying!
After digging the internet in the last two days I was able to find where to download the firmware myself.
If anyone else needs it it's a bit hidden on the poly-lens website.

Because of the update I have some sound issues. Nobody knows when a new firmware will be relased.
1-2 months ago the links were freely available.
I have an older version of the firmware downloaded but I do not want to go back that far.

Thank you for the information, @userbg
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your BT700 headset. I understand how important it is for your headset to be working properly, and please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:
1. Re-pair the headset by using the "Pair New Device" option in the Poly Lens application.
2. Reset the headset through the Poly Lens application to ensure a fresh connection.
3. Please ensure the headset's firmware is up-to-date to avoid any potential compatibility issues.
4. Verify that the headset is set as the default device in both your PC settings and the Softphone application.
If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
