Brand new laptop - fresh Win11 install. Did work all ok, until I installed Lens and it wanted to update the Firmware for both my Focus UC and my BT700 USB dongle. Now, it simply will not work - I have to keep reverting to my old cabled headset. Does not work if I try to connect directly to laptop bluetooth either. If I keep fiddling, I can sometimes get Teams working, but no other sound from the laptop (YouTube etc).
Tried uninstalling all Bluetooth and Sounds drivers in Device Manager. Updated to latest drivers from the laptop manufacturer and Intel. Tried Lens, the older Hub - tried with neither.....losing the will.
Got onto HP - they are sending me a replacement headset, but I am really not sure that is correct TBH.
I want to try to downgrade the Firmware for both devices - anyone got access to these files? (Currently on v852 / v4301).

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus UC.
I am really sorry downgrading the firmware is not possible, please wait as a replacement has already been done from our end. Rest assured you will receive the information regarding the replacement.
