Voyager 4320 M UC USB-A
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I know the question has been asked before, but hasn't been answered.

Is there any way to clear the Bluetooth parings on BT700 and Voyager 4320 ?

I have Poly Lens installed, it has a "Reset device" option for the Voyager headset, but it doesn't clear the pairings.

For the BT700, Poly Lens only has an option about giving a dial tone for softphones. Nothing about resetting it.

Hi @LiviuT,Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Using a poly lens, we can reset the headset, not the Bt700 USB adaptor.

As an alternative, kindly follow the below steps; this may resolve your issue.

If you are using Windows PC, kindly go to Control Panel > Hardware and sound> Device Printer and remove BT700

Disconnect the BT700 and headset from the PC, open the poly lens, and delete the device that you don't want to be connected to the BT700.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.

Thanks for the reply, but that doesn't clear the Bluetooth pairings. As soon as I plug everything back in and turn on the headset, I am greeted with the familiar "PC connected" message.
