Voyager Focus 2
Microsoft Windows 11

Been running on W11 for months now with no issues.  Earlier this week, the BT700 quit being recognized by Windows 11.  it shows up under Bluetooth settings as a connected device, but it is otherwise non functioning.  No LED and no PC connected.  Reboot, reconnect to second USB, delete app and reinstall, remove from device manager, nothing seems to make the PC recognize the BT700.  This unit is about 3 years old.  The Headset connects directly to the PC with no issues.  As this happens on 2 separate PCs running W11, I suspect the BT700 is now damaged or otherwise inoperable.

How do I troubleshoot this when it will not connect properly?

How do I verify the BT700 is still good or not?

HI @CarterR , Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your BT700 and headset, and I completely understand how important it is to get everything working properly. Since you’ve already gone through the troubleshooting steps, I’d like to suggest a few more steps to try.

Could you please connect the BT700 to a different PC or USB port? Additionally, avoid using any docking stations and plug the USB adapter directly into your PC to rule out any potential issues with the docking station.

If the BT700 is not showing up in the Poly Lens application, please try using the Plantronics Hub application instead. Also, ensure that both your headset and the BT700 have the latest firmware updates installed, as outdated firmware can sometimes cause connectivity issues.
