BT700 is not working on thinkpad. To connect Poly 4320 when I insert the dongle it is not being recognized by laptop.

Thank you for posting your query.

1. Could you please plug in the BT700 USB adapter on a different port?
2. Could you please check if the BT700 has flashing blue and red LED on it when plugged in?
3. Could you please try on a different laptop to check if the issue persists?
