BackBeat PRO 5100 microphone

Hi all

BackBeat PRO5100 issue:

Sometimes the microphone seems not working i.e. the other person complains that cannot hear me at all.

Also, sometimes, when I initiate a call, the ring sounds distorted and the voice from the other person in line when start talking comes distorted.

This was a problem from the very beginning. It occurs in 1 out of 10 times ~10%. The product is from 2020, I bought it 1.5 years ago, and unfortunately never bothered to fix it.

Any help is appreciated.

This is to inform you that all the BackBeat Series are end-of-life and end-of-support, and the manufacturing has been stopped. We do not recommend you purchase the BackBeat Series from third-party sellers, as manufacturing has been stopped.
