The left headphone is stuck on a super low volume, barely audible outside of a silent environment.

 

Headphones:
Plantronics BackBeat Pro 5100 True Wireless Bluetooth Headset, In-Ear, IP54 and Noise-Canceling, Black

These are the replacements I was sent following the same issue with the previous pair:
Poly Case Number [personal info removed] PLT Headphone Support

 

The same issue on two pairs is a clear sign of a design problem. Do I have any options for a replacement?

 

Also, for some reason, the support chat from HP won't let me actually submit the issue. So writing it up here.
