First, the left earbud is stuck on a super low volume, barely audible outside of a silent environment.

 

Now the right earbud has changed to have a maximum volume that is about half or two-thirds of what it used to be.  I can still hear audio being played, but not in environments with any significant noise, such as one where other people conducting a normal (not loud) conversation.

 

Also, I need some information about where exactly in the case the serial number is.  The explanation online here say it's inside the lid of the case, in text that is barely visible.  There are several numbers on there, which one is the serial number?

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly BackBeat 5100 headset.

I am sorry to inform you that the Poly BackBeat 5100 headset is end of life and the manufacturing has been stopped; hence, we will not be able to replace the headset.
