Backbeat Fit 3150 Case won't Charge

Hi, I have had a pair of the wireless Poly Backbeat Headphones for a couple of years and the charging case is now not charging.

I've tried the reset (holding button 10 secs etc) and it didn't do anything. 

Is there any other tips or way to get the case to charge?

Any help would be great.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly BackBeat Fit 3150 charging case.
Could you please try it with a different charger or a cable and a power source to check if the issue persists?

Thanks Meghana, I had tried this already but did again and has worked. The lights don't seem to work now though when checking charge amount.

However, I can deal with this as long as it charges!
