Hey,

This might be a silly question, but over the years I have been a huge fan of the BackBeat Fit 3150. I have owned two different pairs, the first one I had to stop using because I lost an earbud and at the time it was not possible to just buy the missing earbud. However, I have now lost yet another earbud from my second pair. Funnily enough, I have lost the left earbud first, now the right, which means I theoretically still have one full pair. I tried repurchasing one earbud, I tried repurchasing a whole pair, but it seems like the model has been discontinued. Is it in any way possible to reprogramm the earbuds I have so they can work as a pair?

Thank you,

Best,

Alice Lavarenne

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Poly.
We regret to inform you that the Poly Blackbeat Fit 3150 is end of life and the manufacturing has been stopped, hence there are no spare ear tips available for the earbuds.
