Voyager FOCUS2 UC USB-A

My wife and I both have Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC Wireless Headsets with Microphones & Charge Stands, specifically the Plantronics model. We use the same Bluetooth adapter that came with our headsets, the BT700, to connect them to our respective computers. The problem we're encountering is that, at times, my headset connects to my wife's computer, and her headset connects to my computer, even though we haven't intentionally paired our headsets with each other's computers. Furthermore, while I'm using my headset, it occasionally disconnects from my computer and connects to my wife's computer, and the same issue happens with her headset. My headset isn't paired with her computer, and her headset isn't paired with my computer. Drivers and software are updated on both computers.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC.
Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps provided below and let us know if it helps?
1. Could you please unpair and repair the headset once again?
2. Could you please install the Poly Lens application and restore the settings to default on the app, once done please switch off and switch back on the headset so that the settings are saved?
3. Could you please clear the trusted devices on the app and then repair the headset to the BT700?
4. Could you please check for firmware updates and update the firmware on the Poly Lens application?

Hello! I tried all the troubleshooting steps that you suggested. We're experiencing the same problem.

I found this from the firmware release notes. I think I am experiencing this issue because of the new feature

I am on firmware 4301 though..

What’s New 

This firmware release includes the following new features:

  • The BT 700 Adapter now pairs automatically with a Poly headset without requiring the user initiate pairing from Poly Lens Desktop or Plantronics Hub.
