Product: Voyager 6200 UC USB-A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Plantronics Voyager 6200 connected to my Win11 PC and my mobile using Bluetooth. The PC has the BT700 BT dongle.

I normally listen to music from my mobile when working but everytime the PC produces a sound it breaks the music from the mobile and takes over and doesnt return to my mobile when done.

Is there anyway to assign my mobile as "master" and hence acts as the primary source when the other device do not produce any sound?

Hi Thower,
Welcome to the HP Poly community!

You cannot set a master device for the Poly Voyager 6200 UC. This issue can be fixed by setting the “Media Player Action on Incoming Call” to No Action on the Poly Lens application under “Softphones & Media Players”.
