Hello, I just bought Poly Voyager Surround 80 through my work company last July 2024. it had been developing buzz noise sound on the left side of the headset for the past weeks. It is not continuously but happened most of the time when it is on, even when I'm not on a call. Is this hardware topic and how should I proceed?
