HP Recommended

Hi all,

I know this is an old device and everything, but it was working perfectly fine until very recently. Also, I am not an English native speaker, so my apologies for any typo or weird sentence.

Plantronics Hub 3.25.0 Build 37131

Plantronics C720 S/N BY9VKY

First upgrade I ever did for the device

Windows 11

I have my C720 for years, and it never disappointed. A couple of days ago, my work laptop was updated to Win11. It was giving me a couple of problems. After searching online, I found the recommendation to update the headphones firmware through Plantronics Hub while connected via USB. So I did it. However, Bluetooth was disconnected, and I could not see the headphones in the devices connected by USB. The device was perfectly charged before, and it is properly connected via USB now - I reviewed this several times.

After a lot of searching, I found the device under "other devices" in the work laptop, with no new driver available for it. Plantronics Hub cannot find it either - now it shows as "no device connected". So it is completely gone. I tried it with a different laptop, my personal, also on Win11. Still only visible under "other devices". The buttons do nothing at all, the hub cannot see it, and I run out of ideas after searching online. My last bet was to add a driver somehow for it in my personal laptop, but it seems the only way offered is Plantronics Hub. So now I am here asking about this to see if I can save it or this is the death sentence.

Any help is appreciated. Please let me know if there is any additional info I could provide.

Thank you!
