Call Announcement on a Cisco 8845

Hi All,

I am trying to find out how to get notification of a call coming in when using the headset with a Cisco 8845 Phone. Is there a way to have a notification?

I understand that you're looking to enable incoming call notifications on your Voyager 5200 headset when used with the Cisco 8845 phone.

To resolve this, kindly connect your headset to a PC and open the Poly Lens application. In the headset settings, navigate to the General Settings and ensure that Notifications and Alerts are enabled. If the issue persists, I recommend testing the headset with a different desk phone or softphone to rule out any device-specific issues.
