Can not raise a ticket via support portal

Hi, I have been trying to raise a support request for the past hour after my Poly Free 60s stopped charging after a firmware update. But when I hit Submit, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Please try to charge the headset using a different USB cable and a power socket. If the issue still persists, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 so that our Support Engineers can process an RMA.

Make sure the Free60+ buds and charge case are running the same firmware version.   I’ve seen premature discharge of the buds and where  a single bud won’t charge when the buds and case are on different firmware versions.  

Please update the Touch charge case for the Voyager Free 60+ using the Desktop POLY Lens  App.

1. Plug in the Charge case with USB cable (PC <> Charge case)

2. Plug in BT700 and pair the earbuds with PC

3. Download Poly Lens App for PC (Mac or Windows)

4. Update the Software for the charge case.

5. For BT700 USB adapter software update, after the charge case is updated, put the earbuds back into the Charge case and then select "Update" (which will update the BT700)
