Voyager 6200
Microsoft Windows 11

Headset was connected and working fine three days ago. Headset connection was mysteriously dropped. Tried several times to connect Voyager 6200 headset to laptop. Error message = "Couldn't connect. Try connecting again." (image attached)

 

Running Windows 11 on pc laptop. Headset firmware is up to date. I have installed the Poly Lens Desktop app and hit factory reset. Rebooted laptop.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with the Voyager 6200 headset. I completely understand how important it is to have your headset functioning properly, and I’m here to help.
 

To resolve the problem, I kindly request that you follow these troubleshooting steps:
 

  1. Connect the headset via USB cable to your PC and use the Poly Lens application to check for any available updates.
  2. Please try resetting or disabling the wearing sensors using the Poly Lens application.
  3. If the issue persists, try resetting the headset through the Poly Lens application again.
  4. If possible, test the headset on a different PC to rule out any potential issues with your current setup.

 

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
