I have using a VOYAGER 5200 bluetooth headset seems working fine, it is including with the USB adapter (BT600) & the charge case.
on office I have the Cisco desk phone 7942, I have purchase the cable APC-43 plus with the legend base, try to can let the headset using my deskphone in same.
Seems all of the set up is fine, the headset can connect with the base, but when you making the call, the headset will disconnect for every 50-60 seconds, I have try to switch the base seem the issue still existing.
I don't think the Cable APC-43 will have any problem beacuse it can be connected. And the headset connect with mobile or laptop is fine. do we have anyone have the same situation and have the workaround on case?
