Compatibility of Devices

I have a SAVI8200 Headset and a BT600USB adaptor for my computer. Should I be able to pair these 2 devices.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

The Poly Savi 8200 UC comes with a D400 USB-A DECT™ adapter. The Poly Savi 8200 UC uses DECT™ technology with USB plug-and-play convenience; we cannot guarantee that the BT600 will pair with the Savi 8200 headset. If you have a BT600 and a Savi 8200 headset, you can try pairing them and let us know if it works.

Pairing steps:
1. Insert the BT600 adapter into your laptop or computer and wait for the LED to light
up.
2. To put your headset in subscribe mode, turn the Volume wheel up for 4 seconds. Your
headset LED lights up.
3. To put your BT600 adapter into subscribe mode, press the recessed
subscription button with a pen or paperclip until the USB adapter flashes red and blue.
4. Subscription is successful when you hear "pairing successful" and "base connected" and the BT600 adapter LED is solid blue.

NOTE: If the USB adapter LED goes solid red after flashing red and blue, the subscription
attempt has failed. Try these steps at your own risk as there is no guarantee that BT600 is compatible with Savi 8200 headset.
