I have a Plantronics CS540 bluetooth headset that I would like to use on my desk top to take calls.  I am using a VoiceJoy RJ45 to USB adaptor to connect it to the computer.  I have the headset turned on and I can see in the windows audio settings that sound is playing and the microphone is picking up sound.  But I cannot hear anything or make a call and transmit my voice.  In Sound Settings I can only see the adapter in the speaker and microphone settings  - still no sound.  Is there a configuration I'm missing?

Hi @m1kinsey, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

The CS540 model was designed to be used with a desk phone, and it does not support connection to a PC. You can refer to the below link for the user guide.

And as you are still trying to connect the headset to your PC, you can try with APU 75 and 76, Poly cannot guarantee this will work as this model was designed to be used with desk phone.

If you need any further clarification, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
