Does Poly offer a Bluetooth Mono Over-the-Ear Headset that can connect directly to a Bluetooth Desktop Phone without USB Adapter?

I am trying to connect to 2 devices and switch between them: Cisco Model 8861 handset (with Bluetooth pairing) and HP Elitebook 830 G8 Notebook PC (with Bluetooth pairing).

Thank you for the update.
Please check out our Poly Voyager 5200 Office series which is a mono over the ear headset which connects to both PC and a desk phone for which we recommend APU-76 or APC-43 EHS cable.
