Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone, I have a headset model Voyager 6200 which works with the USB adapter BT600 from Poly. It works well if I just switched on the PC. But whenever I remove my PC from the docking station for a meeting in anbother place, once I reconnect the PC to the docking station, the USB adapter BT600 is dead. I always leave the BT600 on the docking station port.

Then, I reset it using the pinhole and the light is again solid blue, but it doesn't connect to the headset. And Windows can't see it as a sound device.

In summary, I need to reboot many times per day my PC to get it working again. Does anybody suffer the same issue?

Thanks

Hi @AROD01, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Kindly connect the Bt600 to pc and check if the USB adaptor is reflecting under poly lens application.

If the Bt600 is reflecting, then kindly verify the firmware of the BT600 and Voyager 6200 and update if available.

Kindly test the Bt600 on a different port of the PC or on different PC.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving kudos or thumbs up and marking my post as an accepted solution.
