This  Voyager Focus 2 Series is constantly  disconnecting from  by iPhone 16,  and before this my iPhone 13.    Ready to take a sludge hammer to it.   Nobody seem to no how to fix it

Hi @TBoland, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your Voyager Focus 2 headset. I understand how important it is to have a reliable connection, and I'd be happy to help guide you through a few troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1. Forget and Reconnect the Bluetooth Device

  • On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  • Locate the Voyager Focus 2 in the list of devices, tap the i next to it, and select Forget This Device.
  • Restart both your iPhone and headset.
  • Put the Voyager Focus 2 back into pairing mode by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button on the headset until you hear a tone.
  • Go back to the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and reconnect to the headset.

2. Update the Firmware

Ensure that your Voyager Focus 2 headset has the latest firmware:

  • Download and install the Poly Lens app (if you haven’t already) on your iPhone or computer.
  • Connect your headset to the app and check for any available firmware updates.
  • Follow the instructions in the app to update your headset’s firmware.

3. Reset the Headset

If the connection issues persist, try resetting your headset using the Poly Lens app:

  • Open the Poly Lens app and connect your headset.
  • Follow the instructions within the app to reset your headset to factory settings.

4. Clear Bluetooth Cache on Your iPhone

If the issue appears to be related to your iPhone’s Bluetooth, try clearing the Bluetooth cache:

  • Turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone and restart it.
  • After restarting, turn Bluetooth back on and attempt to reconnect the headset.

5. Test with Other Devices

To determine whether the issue is with the headset or your iPhone, try pairing the Voyager Focus 2 with another device (such as a computer or tablet). If the headset works with another device, this will help confirm that the issue lies with your iPhone.

6. Update Your iPhone

Ensure that your iPhone’s iOS is up to date.

  • Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check if there are any updates available for your iPhone.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

Salman
