Dears,

 

I have been using the Poly Voyager Focus2 M for almost 2 years now and it was working perfectly ( aside from some worn buds).

 

For last couple of months, the issue is that I have noticed a huge degradation in the Mic noise reduction capabilities where my call other peer can hear my surrounding noise pretty high and noise cancelation doesn't work as expected any more

I didn't change my space environment, so noise type is almost the same for the last 2 years

 

I have updated my headset to the latest offer to me which is 0.0.6502.5057 connect with UC Adapter BT700 Type C with software 0.0.852.4301

 

I am using mainly MS Teams and I have the Teams versions (M), I am currently using the latest Teams version ( New Teams), might be related to the issue that some compatibility issue with the New MS Teams and Poly.

 

I tried to reset the headset and reset the pairing with the UC adapter but no improvement.

 

Any suggestion or troubleshooting hints? or if someone else is facing the same
