Voyager legend row is not getting formware update

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Voyager Legend headset. I completely understand how important it is for your device to function reliably, and I’m here to help.
 

To begin, I’d recommend following these troubleshooting steps:
 

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the Poly Lens application.
  2. Please ensure the headset is not connected to any other device and then connect it directly to your PC using a USB cable.
  3. Once connected, try updating the firmware again through the Poly Lens app.
  4. If the issue persists, and if it's possible, please try the update process on a different PC or mobile device using the Poly Lens application.
     

Should the problem continue even after these steps, I recommend reaching out to HP Support. Our support engineers will be more than happy to assist you further and resolve the issue. You can contact HP Support through the following link:
