I recently bought a hp H150 earbuds 3 days ago and the right bud is not pairing properly in mobile but gets paired in laptop as for as now. What to do to make it pair in the mobile?

Hi @Boovi

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for explaining — so your HP H150 earbuds are new, and the right earbud pairs with your laptop but not with your mobile. That usually means the buds are not syncing properly with each other or your phone has a pairing cache issue.

Let’s go step by step:

Step 1: Forget & reset on your phone

On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings.

Find HP H150 → tap Forget / Remove device.

Restart your phone’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Reset the earbuds (force re-pairing)

Most HP TWS earbuds (including H150) have a reset method:

Put both earbuds back in the charging case.

Keep the lid open.

Press and hold the button on the case (or touch both buds) for about 10–15 seconds until the LED blinks (white/red/blue depending on model).

This clears old pairings and resyncs left + right buds.

Step 3: Reconnect to your phone

Remove earbuds from the case after reset.

The LED on both buds should blink, meaning they’re in pairing mode.

On your phone, search for HP H150 → pair.

Ensure you select the main HP H150 device, not just “HP H150-R” (sometimes phones show only one side).

Step 4: Check mono/stereo sync

If only the left ear works → put both buds in case, wait 5 seconds, then take them out together.

They should auto-sync before pairing with the phone.

Step 5: Test on another phone

If the right bud still refuses on your current phone but works on laptop/other phones → it’s a Bluetooth cache issue on your phone.

Try clearing the Bluetooth system cache (in phone Settings > Apps > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache & data).

If after reset the right earbud never pairs on mobile but pairs on laptop, it could be a firmware issue or defective unit. Since you bought it only 3 days ago, I recommend:

Trying the above steps once.
