Hi, @Sándor3, and welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am really sorry for all the trouble caused to you with the Poly Voyager Legend headset. I request that you provide me some time so that I will look into this case and provide you with an update. However, I request that you follow the few troubleshooting steps provided and let me know if the issue still persists.
1) Kindly reset the headset. To reset the headset, kindly follow below procedure
Turn your headset off. The on/off button is the slide switch on the headset, just above the charging contacts.
Press and hold the Answer Call, Voice Recognition, and Volume Down buttons together for 3 seconds.
2) Once the reset is done, kindly install the Plantronics Hub application on the PC and check if the headset is reflecting under the poly lens application.
if the headset is reflecting, check for firmware update if any updates are available, kindly update.
3) Kindly disable the headset sensors using a poly lens application and test the headset.
