Hello,

 

headset is detectable only on new start of windows 11 Pro, HP Zbook.  if taken out from USB port, and used in another USB Port it is not detected anymore. even it is returned to original usb port it is not detectable anymore.

 

works only on new start but not after removal.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

 

1. Test the headset on a different PC.
2. Verify and update the headset's firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
